Final count will be finalized on 2 July 2021 COB any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. The actual event will take place on Saturday, 31 July 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 30 July 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 31 July 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details.
