Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 100 adult guests and 5 children in attendance (total guests 105). Final count will be finalized on 2 July 2021 COB any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. The actual event will take place on Saturday, 31 July 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 30 July 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 31 July 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote. ***Last day for vendor questions is Wednesday, 19 March 2021 at 12:00 noon.***
