Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 100 adult guests and 5 children in attendance (total guests 105). Final count will be finalized on the 10th of May 2021 COB any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. The actual event will take place on Sunday, 6 June 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 2:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Saturday, 5 June 2021 until 2pm Sunday, 6 June 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote. ***Last day for vendor questions is Wednesday, 3 March 2021 at 12:00 noon.***
