The actual event will take place on Saturday, 15 May 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 4:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 14 May 2021 until 4pm Saturday, 15 May 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details.
