Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 150 adult guests and 10 children in attendance (total guests 160). The actual event will take place on Saturday, 15 May 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 4:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 14 May 2021 until 4pm Saturday, 15 May 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. Please complete attached spreadsheet for quote. ***Last day for vendor questions is Friday, 5 February 2021 at 12:00 noon.***
