Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 690 adult guests and 140 children in attendance (total guests 830). The actual event will take place on Saturday, 09 January 2021 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 4:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 08 January 2021 until 4pm Saturday, 09 January 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. Please see attached PWS for details. ***Last day for vendor questions is 17 November 2020 at 12:00 noon.***
