The objective for this service is to provide the Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) with Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) certified reviewers to pre-inspect the myriad of domains covered during a CCRI to include: web and database servers, Host Based Security System (HBSS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), traditional/physical security and Network Infrastructure. The team, led by a CCRI certified team lead will perform a full mock CCRI, identifying shortfalls, providing hands-on training and written/digital products to the staff to improve the organization’s CCRI score. Additionally, they will assist with the implementation of corrections identified shortfalls, provide daily out briefs to go over all shortfalls and ways forward along with a final out brief to go over the result of the mock CCRI, providing grading results in accordance with CCRI formulas currently used by DISA CCRI Teams. The team will also provide Risk Assessment grading results in accordance with CCRI Risk Indicator formulas currently used by DISA CCRI Teams and documented recommendations for a ‘Path to Success".
