Medical Deployable Shelter Requirements: Minimum requirements: The system will have to include the following: a shelter with a liner and floor, power generation, Environmental Control Unit (ECU),with trailer that is HUMMVE towable. The minimum requirements are listed below however, some small variances that do not affect the overall capabilities of the system would be acceptable. a) Shelter minimum specifications- tan colored shelter with 400-600 Sq. ft., with a floor, black out capable doors and windows, ECU & electrical cable ports, liner, ability to withstand winds of 50 mph and gusts up to 80 mph, and have a 4 person erecting detail be able to set up in 15 minutes or less. b) Generator minimum specifications- Minimum 18kW of Prime Power at 60Hz frequency, with 110V outlets. c) ECU minimum specifications-5 ton ECU with heating (10kW) and cooling (60,000 BTU). d) Trailer minimum specifications-Tan HUMMV towable trailer with landing gear third wheel that can accommodate generator, ECU, and shelter. e) Delivered within 90 days of the order being placed. ***52.232-18 Pending Funds availability, the government may increase order to two (2) units.
