This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached attachments: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Service Contract Wage Determinations applicable to the localities. This is a synopsis of the requirement and the solicitation will be added through amendment to this notice. The Florida National Guard requires non-personal healthcare services in support of Soldier medical readiness. Services will be required onsite on the following dates at the indicated locations and will include the identified services as well as Soldier records review and update. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, etc. necessary.
