The project requires the complete demolition of one specified mobile office unit, followed by debris processing and haul-away, and final site cleanup, including installation of safety cones, caution tape, and decals. Work occurs in three phases: structural demolition and component separation, collection and cutting of debris and the steel trailer frame for disposal or recycling, and comprehensive cleanup to leave the site hazard-free. Performance location is FMS 11, 9902 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221. A site visit is scheduled for 09 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location; attendance is optional. The project is considered complete once the unit is fully demolished, all materials are removed, and the immediate work area is clean.
