Contractor shall be required to provide sound recommendations for hazard control. The surveys shall serve as a baseline of workplace conditions or provide an update for a previously conducted survey. The purpose of a survey is to document a worker’s history of exposures for both civilian and military employees. Antipated Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price / Base Contract + Four (4) Option Years
