Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 800 adult guests and 100 children in attendance (total guests 900). The actual event will take place on Saturday, 1 August 2020 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 5:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 12pm on Friday, 31 July until 7pm Saturday, 1 August. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. To include the following per the PWS: A. Lodging Requirements B. Conference Space Fees/Requirements C.
