Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 200 adult guests and 40 children in attendance (total guests 240). The actual event will take place on Saturday, 6 June 2020 starting at approximately 7:00 am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 5:00 pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 12 pm on Friday, 5 June until 7 pm Saturday, 6 June. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. To include the following per the Statement of Work: A. Lodging Requirements B.
