Conference/room requirements for Yellow Ribbon Program Event with an anticipated 110 adult guests and 20 children in attendance (total guests 130). The actual event will take place on Saturday, 7 March 2020 starting at approximately 7:00am and continuing all day, ending at approximately 5:00pm. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 12pm on Friday, 6 March until 7pm Saturday, 7 March. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract. To include following Per the Statement Of Work: A. Lodging Requirements. B.
