Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This project involves dredging three harbors in Michigan and Wisconsin: Ontonagon Harbor in MI, and Port Wing and Cornucopia Harbors in WI. Dredged material from Ontonagon and Port Wing Harbors must be placed at a designated nearshore site, as must material from Cornucopia's Outer Harbor. The harbors may be dredged in any sequence. An optional task includes dredging Cornucopia's Inner Harbor if the applicable option is awarded. The work requires full mobilization to and demobilization from each site.
