Placement of dredge material at the Holcim site in Alpena, MI. Demobilize once complete. General Information: The Government intends to solicit this opportunity as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) as a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract. A bid bond is required. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237990 (Exception), Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a small business size standard of $37 million (dredging) in average annual receipts. Anticipated Solicitation Posting Date: December 2025Anticipated Proposal Due Date: January 2026The estimated magnitude of construction is estimated between $1 Million and $5 Million.
