THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide security services in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. The USACE Detroit District requires Contractor security services to protect Government, civilian and Contractor personnel, facilities, and equipment within the Soo Project Office (SPO) area of responsibility by providing contract security guards. Contract security guards will not be deputized or exercise any additional authority or jurisdiction granted by local, state, or the federal Government to perform law enforcement duties on or off USACE property as part of this contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform private contract security guard services. Anticipated Solicitation Posting Date: September 2025 The solicitation package materials and Performance Work Statement (PWS) will only be available electronically and via sam.gov where there will be a link to the attachments which will be stored in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.
