The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which as a small business size standard of $45 million, Product Service Code Y1KF Construction of Dredging Facilities. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation package material, documents, and attachments to the solicitation will become available only electronically via Sam.gov. where there will be a link to the attachment which will be stored in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. Electronic submissions is required through the PIEE Solicitation module suite at https://piee.eb.mil/. All contractors must be registered on SAM and PIEE systems.
