THIS IS NOT THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, NOR INFORMATION FOR BID. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District intends to solicit for the Manistee Harbor Maintenance Dredging project, located in Manistee, Michigan. The project includes, but not limited to, mobilize dredge to the Manistee Harbor. Dredge within the required stationing. Placement of dredged material using nearshore placement within 3000' South of the South breakwater. Demobilize when dredging work is completed. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237990 (Exception), Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a small business size standard of $37 million (dredging) in average annual receipts. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to be issued as a 100% set-aside for small businesses. General Information: The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract. Anticipated Solicitation Posting Date: May/June 2025. Anticipated Proposal Due Date: June/July 2025. The solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically and via the PIEE Solicitation Module and/or SAM.gov which is free of charge. Hard copy documents will NOT be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this pre-solicitation notice or the upcoming solicitation.
