The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District has a requirement to award a single firm fixed price service contract for Duluth Refuse Services. This combined solicitation/synopsis number is W911XK24Q0007 and is being issues as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requirement is for non-personal services to provide the pickup and removal of garbage/refuse and recycling at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Duluth Area Office (600 South Lake Ave, Duluth, MN 55802) and Vessel Yard (901 Minnesota Ave, Duluth, MN 55802). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the pick and removal of garbage/refuse and recycling as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The following information is provided: This RFQ is intended to be issued as a 100% set-aside for small businesses and the government intends to award one firm fixed price contract for a base and four annual option years. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 562211 - Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The size standard for this NAICS is $47 million in average annual receipts. Basis of Award: The Government intends to award one contract to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements as laid out in this RFQ. The Government may also choose to negotiate if only one offer is received. The Offeror shall submit an electronic quote. All quotation information must be in the English language and priced in U.S. dollars. The Government reserves the right to seek clarification on any aspect of the offeror's quote. Quotes for this requirement are due as indicated in this notice. Quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist identified in the RFQ.
