Full details can be found in the amendment document. Invitation for Bid for the FY24 Duluth Ship Canal. The US Army Corps of Engineer (USACE) Duluth Ship Canal Shoreline Protection Project entails the construction of a shoreline protection system to continue a line of protection and pedestrian walkway from the end of the City of Duluth?s Lake walk structure and revetment to the Duluth ship canal north pier, approximately 200 linear feet total. This project consists of the construction 200 linear feet of a new reinforced concrete T-wall, 200 linear feet of stone revetment placement on the waterside of T-wall, landscape reconstruction for recreational grounds on the landside of the T-wall, concrete pavement demolition and replacement, and installation of a new storm drainage system, all on USACE property. This project contains an option for construction of a sidewalk.
