The requirement is to upgrade existing electrical service at the Lower Dam facility. New electrical service shall be primary distribution voltage and primary metered. Cloverland Electric Cooperation (CEC) is the owner of the power distribution system serving the parcel and the only power provider for the Lower Dam site located in Barbeau, MI 49710. This J&A is being made publicly available in accordance with FAR 6.305.
