This action is being issued under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization The required work is Engineering and Design during Construction (EDDC) in support of a forthcoming construction contract for Environmental Remediation Services Construction project to implement system upgrade recommendations for the Ott Story Superfund Site Operable Unit #2 Groundwater Remedy in Muskegon (Dalton Township), Michigan. The intent of this new contract consists of providing Engineering and Design during Construction (EDDC).
