This action is being issued under FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The required work is Engineering and Design during Construction (EDDC) in support of a forthcoming construction contract to place carbon amendment at the Scanlon Reservoir, in Scanlon, Minnesota. The construction contract is expected to be awarded on or about January 28, 2022 by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The intent of this new contract consists of providing Engineering and Design during Construction (EDDC).
