The abstract for solicitation W911XK22B0001 has been posted to the attachments section.**** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking contractors for the Manistee South Breakwater Repair, Manistee, MI The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking firms that have the capability to provide construction services to mobilizing to the Manistee South Breakwater, Manistee, MI, and removal of existing armor stone and construction of a Steel Sheet Pile (SSP) encapsulation of the existing timber crib structure. Voids in encapsulation are to be filled with graded stone. A concrete cap is to be placed on top of the (SSP) structure and armor stone placed at the toe of the sheet pile. Project also, includes clean-up and demobilization. General Information: The estimated cost of construction is between $1 Million and $5 Million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a size standard of $39.5 Million in average annual receipts. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for HUBZone Small Businesses. The solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically and via sam.gov. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a bidders list during the solicitation period. However, vendors are strongly encouraged to review the "Interested Vendors List" tab found on sam.gov for this solicitation.
