Lunch 3066 shall be delivered to U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Duluth Vessel Yard, 901 Minnesota Ave, Duluth, MN. Launch 3067 shall be delivered to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit Engineer Warehouse & Boat Yard, and 6309 W. Jefferson Ave., Detroit, MI. This procurement will be offered as a 100% total business set aside that will result in a single, firm-fixed price.
