Blanket Purchase Agreement for Marine Maintenance and Repair Services The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District anticipates establishing blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for a period of five years with multiple contractors with the purpose of procuring recurring services involving the inspection and maintenance of existing diesel engine and ancillary marine equipment at USACE Detroit District facilities located in the upper Great Lakes region. Much of the engine and ancillary marine equipment maintenance services requested will be located at the Soo Area Office (SAO) in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. Please see the attached document titled "Sources Sought Information Request Form" for a detailed description of the requirement and requested information. This Sources Sought announcement is for planning and market research purposes only and is NOT an Invitation for Bid or Request for Quote or Proposal. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought Notice. The Government will not pay for information or comments provided and will not recognize any cost associated with the submission of responses or comments. Additional Information: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, which has a small business size standard of $8 million in annual average receipts.
