Please reference the attachments in the attachments section of the solicitation notice***** This requirement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code assigned to this requirement is 562119-- Other Waste Collection, which has a small business size standard of $41.5 Million in average annual receipts. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking to establish a contract with the purpose of procuring services to perform the removal of a debris pile located at the Detroit Area Office. The work consists of trucking the pile of debris on government property offsite, to a disposal of the Contractor’s choosing. The site is located on the Government owned property at 6309 W. Jefferson Ave. Detroit, MI 48209 at the Historic Fort Wayne. The work consists of removing the debris pile to the existing grade or the asphalt pavement beneath the pile. Only the debris pile is to be removed and no other area surrounding the pile. The quantity of material may be more or less than the estimated quantity of 4,000 cubic yards. Please carefully review the attached solicitation for a detailed description of the requirement and the procedures for submitting questions and offers. The "Instructions to Offerors" section of the solicitation provides procedures and deadlines for submitting questions in response to this solicitation. Please note all questions must be received in writing via email to the email addresses provided in the instructions by the date and time stated. Questions received after the stated date and time will not be answered. Questions will not be accepted or answered through phone calls and must be sent in writing.
