Note: Contractors pay specific attention to FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, and 52-212-2 in this solicitation and the short duration of advertisement. This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking to establish a contract with the purpose of hull inspections at the Locks located in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan. Please carefully review the attached solicitation for a detailed description of the requirement and the procedures for submitting questions and offers. The 52.212-1 addendum section of the solicitation provides procedures and deadlines for submitting questions in response to this solicitation. Please note all questions must be received in writing via email to the emails provided in the instructions by the date and time stated. Questions received after the stated date and time will not be answered. Questions will not be accepted or answered through phone calls and must be sent in writing. Please sign and acknowledge any amendment that may be issued with this solicitation and submit it along with your offer. All offers must be sent to the emails listed in the Instructions to Offerors section of the solicitation. In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of proposals.
