The work includes mobilize dredge to the Duluth-Superior federal navigation channel and dredge between the upstream and downstream limits as shown on the contract drawings. Dredge entirely to the depths specified, as required in the contract specifications. Place dredged material along Minnesota Point as beach nourishment, as required in the contract documents. The contractor will have an estimated 120 calendar days to complete this requirement. General Information: The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, which has a small business size standard of $30 million.
