Dredge Federal navigation channel within the upstream and downstream limits as shown on the plans. Place dredged material in the Saginaw Bay Confined Disposal Facility (CDF). Provide stone and dig ditches at Saginaw Bay CDF. Mow dikes at Saginaw Bay CDF and Saginaw River Dredged Material Disposal Facility (DMDF). Demobilize once work is complete.
