The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District intends to solict for FY21 Saginaw River Maintenance Dredging, Saginaw Michigan. The work includes but is not limited to mobilizing to dredge Saginaw River, Saginaw, Michigan from the Upper River by mechanical means. Dredged material shall be placed in the Saginaw Bay Confined Disposal Facility (CDF). The contractor will have an estimated 120 calendar days to complete this requirement. General Information: The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, which has a small business size standard of $30 million. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued as firm-fixed price. The anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically via System Award Management at: www.beta.Sam.gov. Hard copy documents will NOT be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation package will include documents, drawings, specifications and attachments.
