The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking contractors for the FY20 Duluth Landscaping Services located in Duluth, Minnesota. The Duluth Area Office and Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center are located in the historic Canal Park at the foot of the Aerial Lift Bridge. The USACE owns and maintains the 4 (four) quadrants of land that the Aerial Lift Bridge is located on. The grounds per year can see upwards of 1 million visitors. This work includes lawn maintenance on the four quadrants of land located at the Army Corps of Engineers Duluth Area Office and Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center. All work is located at 600 S. Lake Ave, Duluth, MN 55802. The Contractor shall provide all work, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and administration as indicated herein and as necessary to completely perform the work as described. General Information: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 Landscaping Services, which has a size standard of $8 Million in average annual receipts. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is intended to be issued as a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The solicitation package materials and documents to the solicitation are available only electronically and via beta.sam.gov and are attached to this solicitation notice. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a interested vendors list during the solicitation period. In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of any bid. Contractors can access SAM for free at www.sam.gov.
