Detroit District Branding Displays and Executive Office Upgrades for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers located on the 6th and 7th floor at the McNamara Federal Building 477 Michigan Avenue Detroit, MI 48226. Deliverables for 6th and 7th floor include: Fabricated based on artwork provided, deliver, and install eleven (11) red and white displays on the 6th floor and 7th floor as shown in attached in Attachment 0001 on the upper portion of the walls. Displays will be composed of: ¼” thick white acrylic text and red background film Durable material such as adhesive vinyl with matte laminate Surfaces that are smooth, fit together snuggly and are splinter free with a protective finish that can be wiped clean without damaging the printed surface are preferred. Schedule: Delivery and Installation shall be complete no later than March 6, 2020 After receiving final artwork, contractor shall send proofs and allow one week for review. Contractor will provide paper proofs for review as well as samples and descriptions of materials proposed for approval. If changes are required a new proof will be sent for review. EXECUTIVE OFFICE Deliverables: Fabricated, based on artwork provided and deliver large castle logo and text, Command Board and room number plaque for the Executive Office. Attachments are provided. Design plans include; Brushed aluminum text and logo Chain of Command Board in aluminum with (7) 8x10 openings/holders for photos ID Room Plate in aluminum measures 7.5” x 7.5” Room ID: “745” Schedule: Delivery shall be complete no later than March 6, 2020. No installation required. After receiving final artwork, contractor shall send proofs and allow one week for review. Site Visits: site visits can be scheduled up to one (1) week prior to quote submission deadline.
