The Contractor shall provide all work, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and administration as indicated herein, as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications, and as necessary to completely perform the work as described. Work elements include the following: The contractor will mobilize equipment to Ontonagon Harbor, MI and dredge within the limits delineated on the plans. Dredging method under this contract is unrestricted. Placement of dredged materials will be beach nourishment, as shown on plans and in accordance with the scope of work. Demobilize once work is complete. General Information: The estimated price of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a size standard of $30 Million (dredging) in average annual receipts. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments are available only electronically and via beta.sam.gov and are attached to this solicitation notice. Hard copy documents will NOT be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Please note the Government will not be maintaining a bidders list during the solicitation period. In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Managment (SAM) prior to submission of bid.
