The Contractor will mobilize dredge to Saginaw River, Saginaw, Michigan. Dredge Federal navigation channel within the upstream and downstream limits as shown on the plans. Placement of dredged material to be at Saginaw Bay Confined Disposal Facility (CDF). Additional stone placement at Upper Saginaw Dredged Material Disposal Facility (DMDF). Demobilize once work is complete. The Contractor shall provide all work, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and administration as indicated herein, as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications, and as necessary to completely perform the work as described. General Information: The estimated cost of construction is between $1 Million and $5 Million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a size standard of $30 Million in average annual receipts. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued as a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments to the solicitation are available only electronically and via beta.sam.gov and are attached to this solicitation notice. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a bidders list during the solicitation period.
