See Attachments/Links Section for more details ********** The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking contractors for the FY20 Maintenance Dredging of Duluth-Superior Harbor located in Duluth, Minnesota. The Contractor will mobilize dredge to the Duluth-Superior federal navigation channel and dredge between the upstream and downstream limits shown on the plans. Placement of dredged material at North Minnesota Point shoreline as shown on the plans and Interstate Island as shown on the plans. Conduct elevation surveys of Interstate Island placement area as required in the specifications. Demobilize once work is complete. The Contractor shall provide all work, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and administration as indicated herein, as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications, and as necessary to completely perform the work as described. General Information: The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a size standard of $30 Million in average annual receipts. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued as a firm-fixed price contract and is open for full and open competition. The solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments to the solicitation are available only electronically and via beta.sam.gov and are attached to this solicitation notice. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a bidders list during the solicitation period. In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of any bid.
