The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking contractors for the FY20 Green Bay Maintenance Dredging. The Contractor shall provide all work, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and administration as indicated herein, as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications, and as necessary to completely perfrom the work as described. Work elements include the following: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking firms that have the capability to provide construction services for maintenance dredging of Green Bay Harbor. The work includes dredging approximately 200,000 CY of material from the Federal Navigation Channel and placing it in the Cat Island Dredge Material Disposal Facility. General Information: The estimated cost of construction is between $1 Million and $5 Million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a size standard of $30 Million in average annual receipts. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued as a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments to the solicitation are available only electronically and via beta.sam.gov and are attached to this solicitation notice. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a bidders list during the solicitation period.
