The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is seeking potential firms that have the capability to coordinate, design, procure, install and configure new Audio-Video systems, upgrading five existing conference rooms at LRE – Detroit District. The Contractor shall procure and install new USACE ACE-IT compatible/compliant Audio & Video teleconferencing solution within existing Conference Rooms. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310, which has a size standard of 750 employees. This is NOT a request for proposals. This announcement is for planning purposes only. In order to determine the extent of industry interest and experience in the requirement, interested contractors shall present the following information: Brief overview of the firm’s capabilities including experience on Audio-Video systems similar in scope to this project. Any socio-economic classification(s) (e.g., large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, etc.) as they relate to NAICS code 334310 are encouraged to respond. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this sources sought or Government use of any information provided. The Government will not pay for information or comments provided and will not recognize any costs associated with submission of comments. Estimated Award date and Contract Timeline: The estimated award date of the contract is summer 2019. Contract duration is approximately 90 days. Sources Sought Response format and Required Information The response to this notice shall be in summary format.
