The project consist of the following: Work for this project will include, but is not limited to the following: The full demolition of the existing south breakwater connector in Sections F, F1 & G at Muskegon Harbor. Demolition includes the removal of the existing concrete slab and beams, timber piles, and existing stone. Construction of a rubble mound breakwater following the alignment of the existing structure, which includes a reinforced concrete slab on grade walking surface. Reuse of existing stone is permitted but not required if it meets stone quality, size, and gradation requirements outlined in the project specifications. General Information: The estimated price range of construction is between $1 Million and $5 Million. This project is advertised as a small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, which has a size standard of $36.5 Million in average annual receipts. The Government will issue a firm-fixed price contract. Award for this requirement will be determined sealed bid.
