General Information: The estimated price of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has size standard of $27.5 Million (dredging) in average annual receipts. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued as a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
