The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Detroit District is seeking contractors for the Duluth Refuse, Duluth Minnesota. The Scope of Work generally consists of Solid Waste Collection Services including the pick and removal of garbage/refuse and recycling at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Duluth Area Office and Vessel Yard. General Information: This Request for Quote (RFQ) is intended to be issued a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, which has a small business size standard of $ 41.5 million. The solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments to the solicitation are available only electronically and via beta.sam.gov and are attached to this solicitation notice. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a bidders list during the solicitation period. In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of bid.
