Typically projects involve analyzing samples collected at field sites and determine the concentrations of various pollutants. In addition, samples may be required to undergo several predictive tests including leaching tests and bioassays. The work to be done consists of furnishing and delivering to the USACE all supplies and services necessary to conduct laboratory services as requested by specific delivery orders. UPDATED: General Information: Anticipated solicitation date: JUN/JUL 2020 This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to be issued 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380 Testing Laboratories, which has a size standard of $16.5M in average annual receipts. State Validations: laboratory is required to obtain and maintain validation from the state in which they operate. Additionally, laboratory compliance from other states may be necessary prior to analysis of samples which are taken from project sites outside of the laboratory's state (e.g. Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, etc.). Pricing Schedule: Attached is a copy of the Environmental Laboratory Services Pricing Schedule (See Attachments/Links). This RFP may have a shortened solicitation period and offerors are encouraged to assess costs to account for this shorter duration.
