The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking contractors for the FY20 Green Bay Maintenance Dredging, Brown County, Michigan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking firms that have the capability to provide construction services for maintenance dredging of Green Bay Harbor. The work includes dredging approximately 200,000 CY of material from the Federal Navigation Channel and placing it in the Cat Island Dredge Material Disposal Facility. General Information: The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 including all options and extensions in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a size standard of $30,000,000 in average annual receipts. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued as a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for small Businesses. Approximate solicitation posting date: Early February 2020 The solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically and via Beta Sam, https://beta.sam.gov/. Hard copy documents will NOT be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a bidders list during the solicitation period. However, vendors are strongly encouraged to review the "Interested Vendors List" tab found on the Beta Sam website for this solicitation. In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of bid. Contractors can access SAM for free at www.sam.gov.
