1. The scope of work requires the Contractor to haul away approximately 450 cubic yards of broken asphalt pieces, and approximately 370 cubic yards of broken concrete pieces. The scope of work requires the Contractor to haul away approximately 450 cubic yards of broken asphalt pieces, and approximately 370 cubic yards of broken concrete pieces. The Contractor will also be required to deliver approximately 570 cubic yards of clean topsoil to the area where the broken asphalt and concrete was removed. 2. The project site where the asphalt and concrete are to be removed is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility, located at; 6309 West Jefferson, Detroit, MI 48209. 3. The Contractor shall provide trucks and truck drivers to haul away the asphalt and concrete piles, all the asphalt and concrete shall be removed from the site. The Contractor shall deliver the topsoil to the site and place in piles as directed by a U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Operator. 4. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will provide an Operator and the heavy equipment to load the dump trucks on the facility. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will also provide an Operator and equipment to spread the topsoil at the facility. 5. The Contractor shall dispose of the asphalt and concrete to a facility that would accept the material, and must assume the responsibility of any manifest documentation. 6. Number of calendar days for completion: 90 days.
