The contractor shall provide 1200 tons of Plain Riprap meeting Michigan DOT Specification Section 916 and 1800 tons of Coarse Aggregate 4AA meeting Michigan DOT Specification Section 902. The contractor shall provide equipment and qualified operators to load the Plain Riprap and Coarse Aggregate onto USACE deck barges. Equipment shall be able to place stone out from shore a maximum distance of 25ft. Contractor shall provide loading services for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 barge loads between 7/9/2019 - 8/9/2019. Each barge shall be loaded within 4 hours. Loading location shall provide safe dock space for a 120ft x 33ft Deck Barge drawing 10 ft of water fully loaded and a Tug Boat 100ft x 30ft drawing 14ft of water.
