The contract involves pumping out two septic holding tanks at the Hannibal Locks and Dam project at various times, then removing and disposing of all effluent and debris at a licensed disposal facility in compliance with state and federal rules. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and incidentals necessary to pump and clean the septic holding tanks.
