The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, requires Permit Required Confined Space Rescue Services to support scheduled inspections and maintenance at eight reservoir facilities in Pennsylvania and Ohio. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and qualified personnel for confined space rescue support during entries into dam discharge conduits. Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis through Calls issued under a Blanket Purchase Agreement. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement and a signed copy of the solicitation to the Contract Specialist.
