Mosquito Lake Control Tower Roof Replacement
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is seeking a 100% Small Business Set-Aside contractor to replace the standing seam metal roof on the Control Tower Building at Mosquito Creek Lake in Cortland, Ohio. The project includes demolition, structural sub-framing refurbishment, concrete roof deck repair, spray foam insulation to R-30, installation of a new 22-gauge PVDF metal roof system, and integration of a non-penetrating lightning protection system. The estimated budget is between $150,000 and $350,000, with work to be completed within 365 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The contractor must comply with USACE EM 385-1-1 safety requirements, including a full-time SSHO, and meet strict experience qualifications for the superintendent, QC manager, roof system manufacturer, and applicator.
