USACE Pittsburgh District requires replacement of the exterior wall cladding at the Resource Managers Office at Youghiogheny River Lake in Confluence, Pennsylvania. The work includes removing existing T1-11 siding and sheathing, then installing new wood sheathing, a weather-resistive barrier, furring strips, and fiber cement lap siding, along with trim, flashing, and new balcony railing. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award set aside 100% for small businesses. Performance must be completed within 180 days after written Notice to Proceed.
