Invasive Species and Pest Control BPA
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting market research for a potential Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide invasive plant and forest pest control services across its Pittsburgh District Area of Responsibility. The anticipated ordering period for the BPA will not exceed three years. Services include mechanical removal, herbicide/insecticide application, site restoration, and safety compliance. Interested small business contractors must possess state pesticide applicator certifications, demonstrate species identification ability, and provide relevant references. Work would be performed on a firm-fixed-price basis at various Government-owned sites throughout the district.
