Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial and institutional building construction project set aside 100% for small businesses. The period of performance will be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. A key requirement is that contractors must have a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment on record in the SPRS system to be considered for award. The Request for Quote will be issued on or about March 3, 2026. Companies must be actively registered in both SAM.gov and the PIEE Solicitation Module with the Proposal Manager role to submit a quote.
